Hello! πŸ‘‹πŸΎπŸ‘‹πŸΎ I'm Wallace Derricotte, I'm a computational chemist with a love for connecting people who want to learn about molecules. I am currently the Community Lead at a tech startup company called Entos. We develop computational chemistry software that is driven by physics-based machine learning technology that enables thousandfold speed-ups of molecular simulation. My job is to be the main conduit between the user community and the core developers. This includes creating content to promote new features, video tutorials, documentation examples, workshops, etc. I am a former college professor, I taught at Morehouse College for fours years and ran an undergraduate research group in computational chemistry. Additionally I run a YouTube channel where I teach chemistry. I have posted 100+ video lectures to the channel and routinely get 300 - 600 views a day. The main goal of my professional life is to help enable chemistry to be understood and studied as broadly as possible. It guides the content of my YouTube channel, my work with Entos, and my college teaching.
